Mission types

The inspection and survey work SupaDrone flies, and what each one is good for.

The mission type is the main decision in a request. It sets the capture pattern, the sensor and the form the result arrives in.

Surveys

Site, land and stockpile surveys. Structured capture across an area, processed into measurable output. Stockpile work produces volume; site and land work produce a current, dimensioned record of the ground as it is.

Construction progress monitoring

The same route flown weekly, turning into a comparable record of what actually got built. The value is not any single flight, it is the sequence: because the pod does not move and the route does not change, week twelve is directly comparable to week one.

Site and perimeter condition checks

A repeatable sweep of boundaries, yards, access points and stored assets. Commonly run daily or on a fixed cycle rather than in response to an event.

Roof, facade and solar inspection

Close visual capture of surfaces that are awkward, slow or unsafe to reach by other means. Produces imagery indexed to location on the structure, so a defect can be found again on a later flight.

Thermal anomaly review

Thermal capture to surface what visual inspection cannot: heat signatures across roofs, electrical infrastructure and solar arrays. Delivered as flagged anomalies with their thermal and visual context rather than as raw thermal data.

Post-event damage assessment

Capture after a storm, fire, impact or failure, where the priority is an accurate current picture quickly. Where a previous mission exists for the same asset, the assessment can be delivered as a comparison against it.

Repeat imagery and change reporting

Any mission type flown on a schedule can be delivered as change rather than as a state: what is different since last time, rather than what is there now. See Recurring inspections.

Search and rescue support

Aerial support for responders, where a pod already on site gives an aerial view in minutes rather than hours. The value of the pod here is not that it flies, it is that it is already there.

This work is responder support under qualified supervision. It is not autonomous capability and it is not a guarantee of availability at any given moment. The same validation applies as to any other mission: weather, airspace and equipment health govern whether a flight happens.
