Choosing to license capture from your site, what you earn, and what is never listed.
Completed missions leave a library. Capture that has already been flown can be licensed to someone who needs footage or imagery of that place, and the site owner takes a share of what it sells for.
Nothing from your site is listed unless you have explicitly agreed to it. Imagery of a site whose owner has not opted in is never listed, and switching sharing on for missions does not switch listing on for capture. They are separate decisions.
You take a share of what a listing sells for. Because the capture already exists, this is revenue from work that was already done and already paid for.
Places. Listings are of sites, ground, structures and landscape.
Listings are never of people. See Imagery and people for how incidental capture of people is handled.
No mission is ever flown speculatively in order to fill the vault. Every listing is a by-product of work that was commissioned for its own reasons, which is why licensing from SupaVault is inexpensive compared to commissioning a shoot.
Opting in is reversible. Withdrawing a listing stops it being offered going forward. Licences already granted continue on their existing terms, which is worth understanding before you opt in rather than afterwards.
